WARRANTY:

    • What Does This Warranty Cover?
      This limited warranty covers any defects in manufacture and/or materials in the products purchased directly from us.
    • What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
      This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by contaminated fuel and/or contaminated fuel injection circuit, improper installation, or any other outside influence. Also, disassembling or tampering with the Products voids this warranty.
    • The warranty is Limited from (03) to (12) months, from the date of sale, and covers only labour charge and new parts replaced. 
    • No refunds, exchanges or returns are given on Products sent to us under a warranty claim.
    • By installing a programmer or a module you are adding a new tune to your vehicle; so please make attention: adding a new tune to your diesel vehicle, can avoid your injectors warranty.

RETURN:

    • We cannot accept any return, but we assume the warranty and the replacement parts.
    • All sales of New Products orders are final. No returns shall be accepted.
    • In certain cases, we can accept the return, but all Products returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price.
    • All transaction fees are paid by the customer.
    • No Product Return will be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain our authorization.
    • Shipping costs to return Products to us are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in unused and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund less the restocking fee and original shipping costs.
    • Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

SHIPPING:

    • Shipments may be done on the weekends or holidays.
    • Tracking numbers will be updated to you as quickly as possible once an order has been processed and shipped.
    • Please note that we assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or defect, once goods have been picked up by the transporter.
    • We also assume no responsibility for any injury, death, expense or possible failures on your engine or others, after mounting our injectors on your engine.

    • We can also offer Express shipping, the extra fees are at the buyers expense. Please contact us by email for a shipment quote to your location.
    • Canadian Diesel pro  is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, unforeseen incidents, transportation providers’ delays, or other Acts.

CORES:

    • Core charge must be paid prior to your order being shipped.
    • Customers may return cores up front to avoid paying core charges.
    • Cores must be returned within 60 days of the original invoiced date. Cores returned between 60 and 120 days will be eligible for 75% credit as long as they are received physically intact. Cores older than 120 days are not eligible for credit. If you want to return cores that are older than 120 days, please contact us to discuss your options.
    • Cores must be returned in original packaging in order to prevent damage and to be refund.
    • Cores must be returned physically intact, in rebuildable condition.
    • Damage Externally such as broken solenoids or connectors, damage to threads from improper disassembly, and rust build-up due to extended exposure to water or coolant.
    • Damage Internally such as missing parts from a prior disassembly, extended exposure to water or coolant resulting in heavy rust,
    • Catastrophic failure due to internal injector part failure, like short circuit of electrical parts (piezo elements or coils),
    • Disassembled and/or damaged cores (fire damage, broken plugs/solenoids, damaged threads, vise marks, missing components, injector leaking side high pressure inlet connector. etc.) will not be acceptable.
    • Cores returned must be like-for-like (the same model as the replacement injectors ordered).
    • Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Cores may be returned via any common carrier (Canada Post, DHL, FEDEX, ETC). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer.
    • Refunds will be issued directly back to the original funding source (e-transfer or e interac, PayPal Etc.)
    • Please allow a minimum 7-14 business days after cores are returned for credits to clear & be posted to your account.
