Our Certified Full Rebuild Diesel Injectors (Option#3 / NOT REFURBISHED) come with 3 months Warranty, offering you peace of mind and confidence without sacrificing quality for price.

Individually, each injector has been completely disassembled, major of parts have been automatically replaced with old good recycled ones; Injector will assembled, then Calibrated and fully tested on our test benches using OEM specifications.

These Refurbished & tested injectors are reconditioned in our workshop, as follow:

• First, we proceed to the Exterior Cleaning of the Injectors by special detergent,
• Nozzles are reconditioned and Recycled to become or replace by another one as new,
• then, Injectors are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank,
• next, they are deeply cleaned in our test bench, with a separate function called MACC (Molecule Activated Chemical Cleaning),
• Injectors are flushed internally,
• Finally, each injector is Individually tested to ensure that it meet OE specifications.

On our test benches, we test injectors one by one for the following criteria:

• TEST PERFORMED
  * eRLC / Electrical test Resistance (Ω) & Inductance test (μH) for magnet power,
  * LKT / Static Back leak test,
  * NOP / Nozzle Opening Pressure test,
  * iVM / Injector Volume Measuring test (as in all engine functions) as follow:
  • Full-Load Test (Performance or Smoke issues),
  • Medium-Load (Emissions Issues & Overall Operation),
  • Low -Load Test (Rough Idle, start-up issues)
