- IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING THE GDI CLEANING INJECTORS: Before mounting any injector on our test bench, it’s obligatory to clean them in the ultrasonic device; than for about 15 minutes, Injector, will be Clean with MACC (Molecule Activated Chemical Cleaning, this is for internally Cleaning ). Once the MACC Step is over, we automatically begin Testing injector.

How we do:

- Visual Inspection,
- All units are ultrasonically cleaned & back flushed.
- Electrical test Resistance (Ω) & Inductance test (μH) for magnet power
- or Resistance (Ω) & Capacitance Test (μF) for Piezo Injector,
- Flow and calibration tested,
- Fuel spray patterns are verified.
- Every unit is triple leak tested.
- New o-rings, filters and seals are installed.
- Return Packaging.
